The Luxury Refresh, Keep It Looking Sharp
A full detail that skips only two things: the deep hot-water extraction shampoo and the leather conditioning. It's the right call when your seats and leather are already in good shape, or when you want the luxury treatment without the Reset's price tag.

What the Refresh Is (and Isn't)
Let's be clear about what this is: a full detail. The same careful foam-bath wash, the same meticulous interior work, the same gloss and finishing touches as our flagship package. It skips exactly two things, the hot-water extraction shampoo and the leather conditioning. That's it. That's the whole difference.
And let's be clear about what it isn't: it is not a maintenance wash, not a quick once-over, and not a glorified car wash with a vacuum. A lot of shops sell a "maintenance detail" that's really just a wash with good marketing. The Refresh is a genuine full detail for cars whose seats and leather are already in good shape, no stains to extract, no dried-out leather to bring back. If your interior doesn't need restoration, you're not paying for restoration. That's the deal.
This is also the package for the budget-conscious buyer who still wants the luxury treatment. You get the deep-cleaned feel, the glossy paint, the spotless glass, the dressed trim, the whole experience, at $247 instead of $347. Same van, same equipment, same obsession. Just a smarter price for a car that doesn't need the heavy artillery.
What Happens When We Show Up
Fully mobile, same as everything we do, we come to your home or office in Tempe, Scottsdale, Mesa, Chandler, or Gilbert with our own water and power. Here's the three-to-four-hour game plan:
1. Walkaround & Game Plan
We look over the car with you and confirm the Refresh is the right call, if we spot stains or leather that actually needs the Reset's extraction and conditioning, we'll tell you before we start, not after.
2. Wheels, Foam Bath & Hand Wash
Wheels, tires, and wheel wells get cleaned first. Then a foam bath loosens the Valley dust caked on your paint, followed by a two-bucket hand wash. No brushes dragged across your clear coat, ever.
3. Spray Sealant Gloss
While the paint's clean, we lay down a spray sealant for gloss and short-term protection, your car beads water and shrugs off dust for weeks instead of days.
4. Full Interior Detail
Deep vacuum of the entire interior, seats, carpets, trunk, every compartment and crevice. Then a thorough wipe-down of the dash, console, door panels, and every surface. Cupholders, vents, the works.
5. Glass & Finishing
Interior and exterior glass cleaned streak-free, mirrors polished, tires dressed, trim touched up. The little things are the whole point.
6. Final Walk
We walk the car with you before we call it done. Something not right? We fix it on the spot. Then you go enjoy a car that feels new again.
No need to hang around, hand us the keys, go live your life, and we'll text you when it's done.

Refresh vs. Reset, An Honest Take
We'd rather sell you the right package than the expensive one. Here's the honest breakdown: the Refresh and the Reset share the same wash process, the same interior detailing, and the same obsession with the little things. The Reset adds two heavy hitters, hot-water extraction shampoo for seats and carpets, and a deep clean and conditioning for leather. If your interior needs restoration, the Reset is worth every dollar. If it doesn't, the Refresh gives you that like-new feeling and keeps the difference in your pocket.

Who Should Get the Refresh, and Who Shouldn't
Get the Refresh if: your interior is in decent shape, no real stains, leather that still looks and feels fine, and you want the full luxury detail experience. It's also the right call if you had a Reset six to twelve months ago and want to keep it looking that way, or if the budget's tight but you refuse to settle for a drive-through wash.
Get the Reset instead if: there are stains in the seats or carpets, the leather looks dry, dull, or cracked, or it's been years (or ever) since a real detail. The Refresh can't extract what's ground into the fabric, only the Reset's hot-water extraction does that. We'd rather talk you into the right $347 than sell you the wrong $247.
When in doubt, send the photo. We'll tell you the truth, even if the truth is the cheaper package.
Why Not Just a Car Wash Membership?
Those $30-a-month unlimited wash memberships are tempting. Here's the honest comparison: a membership gives you unlimited surface washes, the outside gets shiny, and that's about it. Nobody's vacuuming your crevices, wiping down your dash properly, cleaning your interior glass, or dressing your trim. And the brushes and recycled water in those tunnels? They're not doing your paint any favors.
A Refresh every few months costs less than most people spend on random car washes, and the result isn't comparable, it's a full detail, inside and out, done by hand, at your driveway. If you've been running your car through the tunnel and wondering why it never really looks clean, this is why.

Refresh Questions
Is the Refresh just a maintenance wash?
No, and we want to be blunt about this, because a lot of shops use "maintenance detail" to dress up a basic wash. The Refresh is a full detail: foam-bath hand wash, spray sealant, complete interior vacuum and wipe-down, streak-free glass, dressed trim. The only things it skips versus the Reset are the hot-water extraction shampoo and the leather conditioning. If your interior doesn't need those, you're getting the full experience for less.
How do I know if I need the Refresh or the Reset?
Simple test: look at your seats and carpets. Stains? Discoloration? Ground-in grime? Leather that looks dry or feels rough? That's Reset territory, only hot-water extraction and leather conditioning fix those. If the interior is in good shape and you just want it deep-cleaned, glossy, and fresh, the Refresh is your package. Still unsure? Text a photo of your interior to (480) 418-9402 and we'll tell you straight.
Can I upgrade to a Reset on the day if my car needs it?
Yes. If we show up and the interior clearly needs extraction or the leather needs conditioning, we'll tell you before we start and you can upgrade on the spot, you just pay the difference. We'd never do a Refresh on a car that needs a Reset and pretend it's fine. That said, upgrades take more time, so tell us what you're seeing when you book and we'll plan accordingly.
How long does a Refresh take?
About three hours for a sedan, up to four for a full-size SUV or truck. You don't need to be there, hand us the keys, go about your day, and we'll text you when it's done.
How long will it stay looking good?
The spray sealant gives you weeks of gloss and water-beading on the paint, it's short-term protection, not a ceramic coating, so plan on it lasting a month or two depending on sun exposure and washing. The interior detail holds as long as you maintain it. Most Refresh customers book every 2–4 months to keep the car consistently sharp, and we offer maintenance plans for exactly that.
Do you come to apartments or offices?
Yes, home, apartment, office, anywhere in Tempe, Scottsdale, Mesa, Chandler, or Gilbert. We bring our own water and power; we just need access to the car and room to work around it. A parking spot or carport is plenty.
What about pet hair?
The Refresh includes a full vacuum, but hair woven deep into upholstery needs dedicated work, that's our pet hair removal ($79) add-on. And the standing policy: if excessive pet hair is found on arrival, the fee applies in person. We'll always tell you before we start.
Is the Refresh a good first detail for a car that's never had one?
Honestly? Probably not, and we'd rather say so. A car that's never been detailed usually has years of ground-in soil that only the Reset's extraction can pull out. The Refresh shines as a follow-up after a Reset, or for cars that are already well-kept. If your car is new or nearly new, though, the Refresh is perfect from day one.
