Machine Polishing
Paint Correction, Take Years Off Your Paint
Swirl marks, light scratches, oxidation, and haze don't have to be permanent. Our multi-stage machine polishing removes defects from your clear coat and restores the depth and clarity your paint had when it was new.
What We Remove
What Paint Correction Fixes
- Swirl marks & spider-webbing from automatic car washes and poor hand washing
- Light scratches & scuffs in the clear coat
- Oxidation & fading from relentless Arizona sun exposure
- Water-spot etching from hard water and monsoon rain
- Holograms & buffer trails left by inexperienced polishing
- Dull, hazy finish that's lost its depth and gloss
An honest word: correction dramatically improves paint, but scratches that go through the clear coat can't be polished away, they may need touch-up paint. We'll inspect your vehicle and tell you straight what's achievable before we start. No surprises.
The Process
How a Correction Comes Together
Wash
A meticulous foam bath and two-bucket hand wash removes loose dirt so nothing grinds into the paint during polishing.
Decontaminate
Iron remover and clay bar treatment pull embedded contaminants out of the clear coat, leaving a perfectly clean surface to work on.
Compound
Machine compounding levels the clear coat, cutting away swirls, oxidation, and defects. This is where the real transformation happens.
Polish
A finer machine polish refines the finish, removing haze from compounding and bringing out deep, mirror-like gloss and clarity.
Protect
Freshly corrected paint gets sealed, with a quality sealant or, for the ultimate finish, a ceramic coating that locks in the correction for years.
Best Next Step
The Perfect Prep for Ceramic Coating
Paint correction and ceramic coating are the dream team: correction removes the defects, coating seals in the flawless finish and protects it for years. If you're considering a coating, correction first is how you get results worth photographing.
Pricing

Paint Correction Questions
What's the difference between paint correction and wax?
Wax fills and hides defects temporarily, they reappear as it wears off in weeks. Paint correction permanently removes defects from the clear coat itself through machine polishing. It's the difference between covering a problem and fixing it.
How long does paint correction take?
It depends on the vehicle's size and how bad the paint is, anywhere from half a day for a one-stage enhancement to a full day or more for multi-stage correction. We'll give you an honest time estimate with your quote after seeing the vehicle.
Will it remove all scratches?
Most of them. Swirls, light scratches, oxidation, and haze in the clear coat correct beautifully. But scratches that cut through the clear coat into the color can't be polished out, those need touch-up paint. We'll inspect your paint up front and tell you exactly what to expect.
Do I need paint correction before ceramic coating?
Strongly recommended. A coating locks in whatever finish is underneath, including every swirl and dull spot. Correcting first means the coating seals in a flawless, mirror-like finish instead of flaws. It's the single biggest factor in how good a coated car looks.
