Do I need to provide water, power, or shade?

No. Our vans carry their own water supply, generator power, and canopies. We've detailed cars in open Tempe parking lots in July, we bring everything, including the shade.

How long does a detail take?

A Luxury Refresh typically runs 3–4 hours; a Luxury Reset runs 4–5 hours depending on vehicle size and condition. That's real working time, not "drop it off in the morning and maybe get it back by five." You get a time window when you book, and we stick to it.

What about monsoon season? Do you work in the rain?

We watch the forecast like hawks from June through September. Light dust is fine, we're washing it off anyway. But if a real storm is coming, we'll call you and reschedule at no charge. We'd rather move the appointment than deliver a half-finished detail.

My car's interior is really bad, stains, smells, the works. Is it too far gone?

Do you offer maintenance plans after the first detail?
